I don’t take a volume-based approach - I take a strategic one.
My career began 28 years ago at a commercial real estate brokerage in England.
From there, I was recruited by Blue Green UK, a French hospitality company, to play a key role in the acquisition and marketing of 52 golf courses and seven luxury hotels across France. I was later invited to be a guest professor in the Design Architecture Art and Planning (DAAP) department at the University of Cincinnati.
Those experiences shaped my approach to real estate: sophisticated, international, and investment-driven.
Today, I specialize in sourcing and structuring high-value opportunities in luxury development, boutique multifamily, hospitality, medical assets, and prime land across Florida and select U.S. markets.
My clients are investors, developers and family offices who value discretion, clarity and strategy over hype.
I stay personally involved at every stage.

Beyond the business
Resilience shapes perspective - and mine has been forged through experience both in the boardroom and in life.
As a three-time stage 3 cancer survivor, I understand the value of time, clarity, and purposeful action.
That journey instilled in me a deeper sense of empathy, discipline, and long-term vision - all of which I bring into every client relationship.
Today, I serve as a mentor to cancer patients, working alongside top oncology teams and advocacy organizations to support access to clinical trials, treatment innovations, and wellness resources.
I’m also proud to assist patients in accessing the Corporate Angel Network, a charity that arranges private jet transportation for patients traveling to life-saving care - because access should never be a barrier.
Real estate is what I do. Purpose is why I do it.
